- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆My family and I recently spent 2 nights up at the dam. We camped at a spot opposite the Trawool camp site on the other side of the dam. I would rate the area a 7 out of 10. I live in the south east and this area offers great camping that's relatively close. The area is very popular for motor bikes so if you don't mind the on going noise of both 4 stroke and 2 strokes barking near by, you'll enjoy it here.By that 99%, September 16, 2016
